I still feel that child like excitement whenever visiting a new resort or hotel for the first time, the same feeling was with me and the family as I visited Baghaan Orchard Retreat near Unchagaon last Saturday. We are already promoting another property at Unchagaon- Fort unchagaon, which is a heritage cum village setup. Baghaan Orchard Retreat is near Garh Mukteshwar, Delhi Moradabad highway, about 25 k from the main highway. After carefully following the meandering pucca road for last 3 km we took the last turn and faced the gates of Baghaan. The first look was really impressive of this lovely Mango Orchard resort spread in about 15 acres. The property is divided into orchard area, lawns- great expanse of it and and the constructed area which consists of the cottages with tented roof, restaurant and conf hall, activity area and the swimming pool. There are also some well planned Machaan kind of areas serving as sit outs for the guests. The complete resort is surrounded by fields or other orchards giving it a wonderful green look with a green cover all round. Accommodation 25 modern cottages with tented roof offers all the modern facilities including attached toilets & bathrooms, LCD TV, Tea Coffee maker, mini bar etc. The cottages are quiet spacious and are harbored under the Mango trees keeping them cool even in summers. There is also a sitout area outside each cottage.
